Looking for Senior Ambassadors

We are currently looking for a few Senior Ambassadors for the Class of 2010. We are primarily looking for seniors that go to Crystal River, Lecanto or Citrus High Schools. We are also taking Ambassadors from other schools in the area as well.

All Senior Ambassadors receive a free senior portrait sitting and wallet prints to give to friends. These wallets will have your name on them and are used for referrals. We give rewards as you send referrals our way. The rewards range from Gift Cards to an Ipod touch.

If you, or someone you know, are interested in being a Senior Ambassador, please contact the studio at (352) 397-2787.

The Senior Ambassador program is extremely limited (usually no more than 2 or 3 per school). They are awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

Digital Transformations

One of the advantages with shooting digital is the fact that we can have several variations of the same image. We process the image the way the we feel it looks best. We typically have a vision of what the end result will be for each image. Sometimes we find that our vision changes from the original once we start to process the images.

Below is a few examples. Each of the images you will find in the post about Kelli and Danny's wedding. When we posted the images earlier today, we loved what we saw. We got to playing around with different things in Photoshop on a few of the images, and liked the end results as well. They are the same image, but 2 totally different results. You might not be able to see some of the changes on the web size images, but you can definitely see on the full size images.

Let us know what you think.

Kelli and Danny's Wedding at Golden Hills Country Club

Kelli and Danny got married at Golden Hills Country Club in Ocala. When Kelli was describing the venue to me during our meeting, I knew that it sounded familiar, but I couldn't remember why. When we arrived for the wedding.. it finally clicked. This was the place we shot our very first paid wedding about 5 years ago. Wow how things change.

Anyway, we had a blast shooting their wedding. They were fun and very easy to work with. It certainly makes our job easier. As you can see in the picture below, the reception decorations were very different than just about every wedding we attend. The centerpieces were awesome and looked even better with the lights dimmed down. Well enough talk, lets see the images!!!

I love how this image has that classical bridal portrait feel.

This image was taken specifically for Kelli's mother. She absolutely loves silhouettes of the bride in the window, so we were more than happy to provide her with a few of her daughter.

A moment between Kelli and her dad as he is giving her away

Thanks guys for allowing us the opportunity to photograph your wedding. We had a blast!!

Alyssa and Justin Engagement

Here's another recent engagement session that we did at UF. As mentioned in a previous post, we like to challenge ourselves to make each session a little bit different than the others. That is particularly true when we do shoots at the same locations.

Well the challenge with this session was that it was the 2nd one of the day that we did at UF(see Kelli and Danny's below). Usually when we do a shoot somewhere we have already been, it is a different day.. thus different lighting and possibilities. Not this day... but that just means we need more creativity to create something that is unique to each client. I think we did a pretty good job if I say so myself :)
