Calli and Ben got married at the Historic Thomas Center in Gainesville, Florida. The Thomas Center provides some amazing opportunities to get some great images for your wedding. We love to photograph weddings there and Calli and Ben's was no exception.
Calli and Ben did both their wedding ceremony and the reception at the Thomas Center. Their wedding took place under a large oak tree that is on the property. The used the outside veranda area to host the cocktail hour and then the guest moved into the museum area for the reception.

Heather and Ed | Black Diamond Ranch Wedding | Citrus County Wedding Photographer
Recently, we had the privilege to photograph Heather and Ed's wedding at Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida. We have photographed several weddings at Black Diamond and it provides for some AMAZING images. The Quarry provides an excellent background for the wedding. However, this wedding had its challenges. It was raining all day and the decision was made to do the wedding outside anyway. Just before they were to leave to be taken from the clubhouse to the Quarry, it stopped raining. The rain held off until after the ceremony and started again briefly as we were taking their portraits around the Quarry area.
One thing that is a bonus to being a wedding photographer in Florida is that you are always prepared for the rain. We tell all of our brides to expect some rain pictures if it happens to rain on their wedding day. Well sure enough, we got some images in the rain. Enjoy the images from their wedding day!!

Melanie and Kenny | The Reach | Key West Wedding Photographer
We had the privilege of joining Melanie and Kenny in Key West for their wedding. They decided to get married at The Reach, which is one of the Waldorf Astoria properties. The property was amazing and provided us an opportunity to create some awesome images for them.
One of the perks of being a wedding photographer is that we get to travel to some awesome locations for our client's weddings. We loved the opportunity to photograph Melanie and Kenny's wedding in Key West. We started at The Reach for the ceremony and a few family portraits, then we headed by tram to the Southern Most Point for another photo opportunity. From there, we headed to the A&B Lobster house for a reception dinner.
Overall it was an amazing wedding in Key West and we are glad that we could be part of Melanie and Kenny's wedding day!!

Katherine & Daniel | The Thomas Center | Gainesville Wedding Photographers
A couple of weeks ago, we joined Katherine and Daniel to celebrate their wedding day. The got married at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Gainesville, Florida. It is the church that Daniel grew up in, so it held special meaning to them. It was more than just a church or venue to hold their ceremony. It was their family.
What an amazing couple and a beautiful wedding. As Gainesville wedding photographers, we get the opportunity to photograph at some amazing venues and churches around the Gainesville area. But this church stood out. Not only was it HUGE, it was very ornate. It provided an amazing opportunity to get some amazing images for Katherine and Daniel.
The reception took place at the Historic Thomas Center. If you have not been there, do yourself a favor and take a visit. You will not be disappointed. The Thomas Center provides for a variety of settings for your wedding images there. They have large oak trees, plenty of greenery, the old buildings... its a photographers paradise. Unfortunately, we didnt have a whole lot of time to do the creative portraits on the grounds of the Thomas Center, but as wedding photographers, we learn to work fast with the time given to us. So we were still able to create some AWESOME images for them on the grounds of the Thomas Center.
Thank you Katherine and Daniel for allowing us to be part of your day! Enjoy the images. :)

Victoria and Nick | Wedding at the Bayfront Marin House | St Augustine Wedding Photographer
We recently had the privelage of photographing Victoria and Nick's wedding in St Augustine Florida. They chose the Bayfront Marin House as the venue for their intimate wedding. Wedding photography to us is about capturing the emotion and memories from the wedding. You can tell how excited and in love Victoria and Nick are.
After the wedding was over, we took a brief walk around St Augustine and did some creative images with them. Part of the allure of St Augustine and the Bayfront Marin House is the old, colonial feel. We wanted to create images that gave that same intimate feel. Enjoy!

Daniela and Alberto - Gainesville Wedding Photographers
Daniela and Alberto recently got married in Gainesville Florida. As Gainesville Wedding Photographers, we had a blast photographing this couple throughout the University of Florida campus and other areas around Gainesville. However, these portraits went a little differently than most of our wedding portraits go. They actually did all their couple's portraits BEFORE the wedding. Thats right, Daniela threw on her dress and Alberto threw on a suit and tie and met us at the University of Florida two weeks before the wedding. Why would they do that you may ask... Well their wedding day timeline was very tight and they didnt have a lot of time for the creative portraits, which were very important to them. So they decided to be different and do them before the wedding.
And as wedding photographers, we have to be prepared for everything. So we met with them outside Ben Hill and went to town on their session. They are an amazing couple and we feel very privileged to have been chosen as their wedding photographers. Thanks guys. It was a blast!!
Here are a few from the portrait session and wedding day.

Michelle and Miguel | The Peabody Orlando | Central Florida Wedding Photographer
Michelle and Miguel got married at the Peabody resort in Orlando. As Central Florida Wedding Photographers , it was an honor to photograph at The Peabody for the first time. What a treat. If you are thinking about getting married there, DO IT!!!! The place is awesome and your photographer will thank you :)
Back to Michelle and Miguel. We shot their engagement session a few months ago in Clearwater on the beach. From that moment, we knew that we would love to photograph their wedding day at The Peabody. They were awesome in front of the camera and showed real emotion with each other. We have been looking forward to their wedding day for months and it did not disappoint.
A little background. They have the same exact initials. They also have pretty much the same last name already. In fact, Michelle only has to change one letter in her last name. How cool is that. Not only that, but you could tell they were meant for each other. Disney couldnt have made a better story if they tried.
Not only were Michelle and Miguel amazing, their bridal party was a blast to work with as well. They have some awesome friends and family. We love to create fun images with the bridal party and they did not disappoint. The entire day was a blast. Congratulations Michelle and Miguel!!! Thank you for having us as your photographers. It was a treat.

Kaley and Alex | Sunken Gardens Wedding | Central Florida Wedding Photographer
We were honored that Kaley and Alex chose us to photograph their beautiful wedding at the Sunken Gardens in Central Florida. We love to photograph at new venues and have been able to provide our wedding photography services throughout most of the Central Florida area, it is becoming increasingly difficult to photograph in new venues. Well we have never photographed at Sunken Gardens before and when Kaley was explaining the layout to us, we got really excited. Not only were they getting married in an awesome location, Kaley and Alex trusted us with their wedding images, so they gave us full reign to do what we needed to do to get some awesome shots. We love when our clients trust us to capture their wedding day without providing us with a set list of poses they would like to do. This allows us to get more creative and provide images that the couple will cherish.
Kaley and Alex were no exception to this. They rocked it and had a beautiful wedding to boot. Cant get much better than that. Thank you guys for allowing us to provide our wedding photography services to you and allowing us to be a part of your day.

Erin and Dano - Don CeSar in St Pete - Central Florida Wedding Photographers
Recently we had the privilege of photographing Erin and Dano's wedding at the Don CeSar hotel in St Pete. What an amazing place for a wedding and reception.
Planning this wedding was a whirlwind for these guys. Their original venue cancelled on them about two months before the wedding. They frantically called several venues, all of which were booked on October 6th. A couple of weeks later they received a call from the Don CeSar saying that a wedding that was originally booked there had been cancelled so they had an opening. Needless to say, Erin jumped at the opportunity. We had a blast photographing their wedding. We love when clients give us free reign to shoot how we want to and trust us to capture their day. We ended up getting some awesome shots for them that we are sharing below.
So there you have it. An AWESOME wedding at the Don CeSar. If you are thinking of having your wedding there, go for it!!! You will not be disappointed.

Jessica and Nathan - Home Depot Wedding Portraits
So are you ready to see some pictures from the craziest wedding we have photographed? Jessica and Nathan got married over the weekend at Riverside Presbyterian Church in Cocoa Beach. Everything was shaping up to be a "normal" wedding. We were planning on doing the portraits in the church following the wedding, like we do for most weddings. We were then going to head across the street to the beach and do some beach portraits of the bridal party. That's when things changed... dramatically..
When you get married in Florida, you have to be prepared for rain, particularly in the summer. I had mentioned in a phone conversation with Jessica a week or so prior to the wedding, not to freak out if it started raining. We could still do some pretty cool stuff and offer some unique portraits. Well a couple of days later, I get an email from Jessica. She asked my opinion on going to Home Depot for the portraits with the bridal party. Did I mention that they are crazy? (Well we like crazy) :)
I mentioned to her that it would offer plenty of unique opportunities for portraits and that I couldnt find anywhere on the internet another image of a wedding couple doing their portraits at Home Depot (someone got married there, but from what I can tell, no one has elected to go there for their portraits). So the idea was planted and they decided (I'm told it was more Jessica than Nate) to do their portraits at the Home Depot on Merritt Island.
I am pretty certain that its the most original set of portraits we have done for a wedding. The looks on the faces of customers as they watched a bride walk around the store was priceless. Home Depot even announced their names over the PA system and you could hear whistles and clapping throughout the store. Its awesome when clients put their complete trust in us to create something awesome for their wedding day. So now that we've shot at Home Depot for a wedding, I cant imagine what could be the next cool location.

Heather and Jeremy's Wedding - Dunnellon FL
Heather and Jeremy got married about a month or so ago. They had a very elegant wedding in the backyard of Heather's parent's house in Dunnellon. This was one of the nicest backyard weddings we have had the opportunity to photograph. With typical backyard weddings, decorations are scaled down and it is a more relaxed atmosphere. Not this wedding. They went all out to provide their guests with a first class affair.
