Nicole and Shawn's Engagement Session - Leu Gardens - Orlando Photographer

We met Nicole and Shawn at Leu Gardens a few weeks ago for their engagement session. We needed to do the session a little earlier than we prefer since Leu Gardens closes at 5, but it worked out very well. After an hour or so walking around the gardens, we headed to Lake Eola to finish up the session. All in all, it was an awesome session and we had a blast photographing Nicole and Shawn.

Amber and Stephen's Wedding - Sky Terrace - Miami

Stephen and Amber got married Valentines weekend at the Sky Terrace in Miami. This place was amazing. They went all out when decorating for the wedding. It is a very unique opportunity to photograph a wedding amongst the skyscrapers in downtown Miami. It helps when you have an awesome couple to photograph :) The only complaint we had, was someone forgot to turn the heat on outside. Come on now, its January in south Florida... Its not supposed to be 40 degrees :)

Bride's Choice Award

We just got informed that we were chosen for the Bride's Choice Award by weddingwire.com for our work in 2009. Pretty cool huh?? We think so :)

Kristin and Tim - Engagement Session - Central Florida Photographer

A few weeks ago we did Kristin and Tim's Engagement session in Inverness. It was a pretty nice day, a little windy, but we can't complain too much :)

The session went well. We did it at a local park that is becoming a popular location request for us. We love shooting in this park as it provides several different scenes that other places in Citrus County do not. Here is a little peak at the session. Can't wait to shoot their wedding in April!!!

Brittany and Sam - Engagement Session - Crystal River

Ok.. We are finally starting to catch up on blogging our recent work. We are about 2 1/2 weeks behind at the moment. More to come this week :)

Brittany and Sam did their engagement session with us back in January. They had the worst luck when it came to actually doing their session. Originally they planned it for the week before in Cedar Key, but it was freezing that weekend, so they decided to postpone it. We rescheduled the session for the following Saturday, but lo and behold... it was raining. They were a little frustrated at this point since they drove about 6 hours to get there and didn't want to leave without doing the session, so we decided to do it at 10 the following day in Crystal River.. not exactly the best time to do pictures, but you gotta do what you gotta do :)

The weather on Sunday was just about perfect (a little windy) and the session was a blast. Thanks guys for your patience in getting the session done. Can't wait for the wedding in September!!
