Tara and Phil got married yesterday at the First Methodist Church in Inverness. Their reception was at the Vandervalk Restaurant. You will notice that we had some awesome light greeting us as we arrived for the reception. The colors of the sky even matched her flowers. How awesome is that!! Here are a few from the day. Enjoy!!
Kimberly and Griffin got married in Gainesville at the Sweetwater Branch Inn on Sunday. The place was a photographer's dream. There were several different places that offered awesome elements for pictures. Take a moment and have a peek at what we shot that day. Since we do not shoot Sunday weddings very often, we decided to make this post with more images than most of our other posts. As always, feel free to let us know what you think.
Enjoy!
Window light is some of the best light available and works perfect for bridal portraits.
This was one of the few weddings we shot that the bride and groom saw each other before the ceremony. We thought it would be a good idea to have a "first view" with the bride and groom.
A moment with Dad as they walked down the aisle
She was having some problems putting the ring on his finger.
Notice the flower girl in the back sneaking a peek during their portrait session
Denise and Justin got married on Saturday and we were honored to be there and shoot the wedding for them. We have known them for several years as we went to high school together. It is fun shooting weddings of friends because we know their personalities and we are able to do a lot of things we cant do normally.
They got married at the Greek Orthodox Church. You might recognize it from the last post. This is the 2nd wedding in a row we shot there. Hopefully we can do a few more there. The challenge with shooting at the same locations is trying to something a little different than the previous weddings. It might be different posing or using what is available differently. Either way, we strive to shoot each and every wedding in a unique and different way..
Here are a few of the images.. As always, feel free to let us know what you think in the comments section below.
The first is a shot of the dress. We have been trying to get this shot for quite some time. We typically do not have the space to get it done, but we had plenty of space here.
Denise and her brother
We recently started shooting with off camera lights. We think it adds to our coverage and provides images that otherwise would not be possible. Here are a few.
As with all our ring shots, we try to incorporate elements of their wedding. In this case, they had miniature candy bars with custom wrappers for their guests with their name and wedding date on it.
Thanks for looking!! We have a few more shoots to post, so check back later this week for some new images!!!
We had the privilege of shooting Jessica and Jason's wedding on Saturday. It took place at the Greek Orthodox Church in Lecanto. We had never shot at this church before, so we werent sure what to expect. We were not disappointed. The place was awesome. Jason is a HUGE Georgia fan. Coincidently the colors were red and black (well maybe it wasnt such a coincident).. Enjoy a few of our favorites from their wedding.
